During this ‘spooktastic’ workshop you will learn how to stitch your very own pumpkin decorations. Each pumpkin will be totally unique as it will be created from a range of pre-cut felt shapes that you can choose from and arrange however you would like! Let your creativity flow as you decide on whether your pumpkin will be cute or scary and conventional or not! Once the design is settled they will be securely hand stitched with stranded cotton thread. You will learn how to applique shapes and use a running stitch before finishing your decorations with a hanging ribbon. You will be able to make up to 3 pick ‘n’ mix pumpkins during the session ready to display just in time for Halloween.
This workshop is suitable for children aged 4+ (with an accompanying adult) and all materials will be provided. It includes a children’s hot chocolate too!

I have been advised that the workshop room will be quite a snug fit so only participants and an adult will be permitted in the room. For those of you booking for older children, you are also welcome to sit in the café and watch through the viewing window while they sew.
